The research aims to study the effect of Quality of Work Life on workplace bullying among employees at Alexandria University. The research used the descriptive analytical approach. The study was conducted on an accidental sample of (96) respondents from employees at Faculty of Agriculture - Alexandria University. Data were collected by personal interviews using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed statistically using Percentages, mean, standard deviation, range, frequency tables, T- test, Pearson's simple correlation coefficient and the multiple regression function using the Statistical Software Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V.22).The results revealed that: The level of work life quality was moderate among 67.7% of respondents. Undervaluing of work accomplishment was the most common workplace bullying behaviors with 53.1% of respondents. Frustration, unconfidence, low of work motivation, and feelings with stress and tension were the most common responses of workplace bullying among 51.5%, 50%, and 41.7% of respondents respectively. The level of workplace bullying was moderate among 72.9% of respondents. There was a significant positive correlation between level of workplace bullying (as dependent variable) and level of work stress management at (p < 0.01). Also there was a significant negative correlation between level of workplace bullying and both of; level of work life quality at (p < 0.01) , and degree of training experience at (p < 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between level of work life quality (as dependent variable) and degree of training experience at (p < 0.01). Also there was a significant negative correlation between level of work life quality and and both of; level workplace bullying, level of work stress management at (p < 0.01), and educational level, overtime work at (p < 0.05).
